they are so going to be served with my letter of COMPLAINT and not compliment for being such a jerk.
i'm drafting out a letter tomorrow first thing in the morning to this mobile company.
after being treated like a clown, they too deserved to be treated like one. - except me being the nasty clown.
as none of you know, the mobile no. that i'm currently using is under my husband name and vice verse.
apparently, i've default two months payment due to a few factors.
of cos i will keep this mobile company aware that i'm too aware of the outstanding charges.
i paid half and the remaining half to be settle this month.
unfortunately, this bloody company overwrites my intention and send me a lawyer letter indicating that i've yet to settle the outstanding bill and expect me to pay within the 5 grace period.
crazy right? i received the letter 4 days after and it left me only with 1 day to settle my overdue.
my hubby called the mobile company yesterday night as soon as i ripped open the letter.
they said that once legal letter is out it's between the legal company and us and no longer the mobile company to handle.
alright, fine.
i called the legal company the soonest i reached the office, and it's ironic that the legal company said, they're unable to do the waiver for the legal charges and i've to check with the mobile company when the mobile company said otherwise.
eh eh. they think what? i'm the dog is it? call here and there like i've got nothing better to do?
i give in to them and called the mobile company again and they said that i've got to call the legal company to request for a waiver. so i'm already fuck up early in the morning, i told them, it's vice verse. u guys are blaming each other and i just want to know whether can i just pay the outstanding or the one inclusive the legal fees. and this bloody woman say, pay whichever you can afford. or better still, don't pay and wait for our next letter. like BABI kan? so i told her, eh hello, i don't another letter from you guys. i just want to know which payment should i make. she repeat her sentence as though i'm stupid enough not to understand. BODOH nya PUKIMAK DIA AR. mak dia besar nya PUKI tu pasal dpt anak mcm kau yg BODOH.

the receiver said that i still owe them 53.50.
if the subscriber wants to know what's that 53.50 means can call the mobile company itself.

so i told him, eh hello..excuse me. i'm his wife and definitely i know what's that for, what are u trying to imply? i just call to ask you to reconnect my line and i called in earlier to request for a waiver. i don't need you to repeat to me 3 times as i fully aware and understand. with that, he hung up the phone.
and they sued for $120.18 which is overdue.
i owe them $120.18 and not $1201.80. so why must they treat me like a retarded.
like i cannot afford to pay them.
and if you guys have the thoughts that linger in your mind thinking i owe them more than the above mentioned, carry on. i know what is written here is faithfully truthful and i've got better things to do than lying. if lying brings happiness to you, than don't blog. when you blog, you only blog nothing but the truth.
